The New DarkStar Website! – Accounts & Reward Points — DarkStar International Limited

Welcome to the shiny new DarkStar website! We’ve been hard at work putting together what we think is a huge improvement on our old site, giving you a user friendly experience and the best place to pick up incredible flavours, DIY E-Liquid resources and helpful content on everything vaping.

Before you fill your basket with your favourite products, there’s a few things you might need to know:

Accounts

If you had an account on our old website, it will work on this site, but you do need to activate it first. This can only be done through the email link we send you. This email will contain simple instructions on what to do. If you cannot see the email, please check your junk folder. These emails were sent out between 3rd-4th August 2021. If you haven’t received an activation email at all please email us via [email protected].

Reward Points

You may have racked up some reward points on our old website. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to use those points here, and while the number of points has changed due to it being a new system, rest assured that the value of those points has stayed exactly the same as it was on the previous website.

We have some work to do on the reward point tiers, and allowing you to apply discounts in the checkout, but these issues will be resolved very shortly! To access your rewards points, please ensure you have activated your account as above.
