Based in New York State, Quacks Juice Factory have developed a reputation for making great creamy and sweet flavours for vapers who prefer high VG e liquid.

Their most popular and well known flavour is Goose Juice. This creamy vanilla custard flavour has a huge following worldwide and is regarded as one of the best custard flavours vapers can get.

We stock the entire range of Quacks Juice Factory flavour concentrates here at ELFC, including the aforementioned Goose Juice, Gizzard Juice and the newest addition to the range Duck Berry.

We get asked quite a few questions about mixing with Quacks Juice Factory flavour concentrates, so we decided to write this guide for those new to the brand and to DIY e liquid.

How much flavour concentrate should you use?

Quacks Juice Factory recommends mixing their concentrates at 20% (2ml per 10ml of e liquid). But that doesn’t mean that you can’t use more or less depending on your personal preference. However, using too much of these flavour concentrates, or any flavour concentrate for that matter, can result in an overpowering and unpleasant vape. If you’re unsure how much flavour you’d like, it’s better to start low and work up from there.

What PG/VG ratio do we suggest?

All of Quacks Juice Factory’s pre-mixed e liquid is mixed at 80VG/20PG. Their flavour concentrates are designed to accommodate high VG blends. But this is DIY e liquid, do you can mix at a PG/VG ratio that suits you. However, you may need to use more or less flavour concentrate depending on the PG/VG content of your e liquid.

How long should e liquids be left to steep?

Quacks Juice Factory are quite specific about how you should steep e liquid made with their flavour concentrates. They suggest that you should allow your freshly mixed e liquid to steep for 7-14 days in the open air, meaning that you should remove the cap and/or tip of your e liquid bottle and place the e liquid out of the sunlight at room temperature for about two weeks (put it out of the way of children and animals, obviously). That’s not to say that your e liquid will be bad or harmful if vaped straight after mixing. However, Quacks Juice Factory’s flavour concentrates do have a very strong smell when first mixing into e liquid, but this will become more pleasant and dense at the flavour matures. Also, don’t worry if your e liquid turns a darker or more golden colour over time, this is normal.
